When will I receive my order?
We process and ship most orders within 2–3 business days. Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Because each shirt is made to order, we encourage you to review our Size Guide before purchasing. If there’s ever an issue with your order — whether it’s sizing, quality, or something unexpected — please reach out to us. We’ll do everything we can to make sure you’re happy with your purchase.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a Size Guide. For best results, measure a shirt you already own and compare it to our chart.
What if my product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
We’ll replace it at no cost. Email support@astralifts.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item
- A short description of the issue
