Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after your order confirmation email. Production time is separate from delivery time.
After production is complete, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating in the carrier’s system.
Estimated Delivery Times
- U.S. orders: typically 2–5 business days after shipment.
Delivery times may vary based on destination, product type, weather, seasonal volume, or carrier delays outside our control.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be offered in the future.
Shipping Costs & Promotions
We offer weight-based shipping rates for many products. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We also run free shipping promotions regularly (including free shipping on orders of 3+ items). Eligible promotions are applied automatically at checkout—no code required.
Tracking Information
Tracking is emailed after production. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately to speed up delivery.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, and trusted regional providers depending on the destination.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@astralifts.com. We can make changes only if the order has not shipped yet.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your package hasn’t arrived, please:
- Check the tracking number emailed to you.
- Contact your local post office—your package may be on hold.
- Check with neighbors in case it was delivered nearby.
If it’s still missing, email us at support@astralifts.com with your order number and tracking info, and we’ll help track it down. If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, you’ll be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
